This is a trio realization of several guitar pieces by the 17th century Spaniard Gaspar Sanz. I have avoided the temptation to "plump them up" so that the simple charm of Sanz' music is maintained and to keep them accessible to as many guitarists as possible. The dynamics and colour changes are editorial; the ornaments are from Sanz' manuscript. |
